After 7 years on the market we feel that we need help with a review of our vision in order to get to the next level of business. We need guidelines for the whole team of management and co-workers developed through a collaborative process with the aim of building a strategy we can use to tackle our current challenges.

A two day workshop with the whole team of seven co-workers with different experience in the field and very diverse viewpoints. The balance of their voices is a crucial challenge. The outcome wanted was a new tool that the organisation could use for their future activities and to improve their performance.
