We are a network of 7 different organisations and 12 different working units. We have to establish an identity for an umbrella brand where all the members will keep their own integrity and accept the new network identity on a cellular level.

Brand introduction workshop with network members

In depth 2 hour face to face interviews with all 12 working units leaders (designing a questionnaire to find common ground and specifics of each)

Website and social media desktop research of all 12 working units

Analysis of interviews and content structure

Workshop on potential name directions with the network members

Creating a storytelling through defining purpose, mission statement, brand context and brand name

Live presentation of brand identity and on the spot feedback from members
